Cheap and poorly done framed print !

I received my order in a timely manner but very disappointed with it.

I could have and should have done the photo and framing myself. I ordered a 5 by 7 print of a family wedding for my Mom. Terrible job cutting the print as one side of the border was wider than the other. Also I had to take it apart because there was a black spot on the white bride's dress. It was some type of fuzz, dirt, whatever..so obviously done carelessly. Cheaply made frame also. I just won't give them my business again. Lesson learned

Customer service agents were fine. Overall, the quality control of products is horribly lacking!

In August, I had ordered 3, identical photo books to be given as family gifts. All outside corners of the books were dented and damaged because they were not wrapped with bubble wrap. Glue had pasted pages shut. The albums' print quality was bad that I could see print lines across some of the pages.

Jump to September. I was hoping that the 2nd set of the reordered photo books would be of better quality. But, the printed title on the spine of the photo books was off-set and the lettering was partially on the front of the books. The outside covers had a reddish tint. There were pages that were creased in 2 places on the pages, as if they were jammed in the printer. How does a company not do any quality control?! It's a waste of time and materials. If I could give zero stars, I would. But, the helpful assistance of Customer service via chat for the reorder during the first chat and the full refund during the second chat is why Snapfish has this 1 star review. I had ordered a photo book years ago and the past quality far surpasses the quality of Snapfish products today.

All books received damaged, hardcovers and pages

Charged for free item.

I put a very negative review on this site a few days ago so this is a follow up. When ordering a photo book, I was given a free collage of photos from our trip. Once I determined it would be a month before I'd see the book, I canceled the order. Today I received am email from Snapfish saying I was charged for the "free" collage they sent anyway, not at my request. Now tell me. Would you really want to do business with people like this!? MPIX, here I come.

Very Bad company please read

Very Bad company please read
Bad company , they fake an Irish company presence so don’t be fooled your not dealing with an Irish company and that provide a decent product, they are cheap looking items with poor quality imaging, the customer service chat page is really really bad they disconnect you the moment you ask for a refund and then you have to start over with a new agent. One agent in particular was really bad MOULIKA K so a over all horrible experience Avoid avoid avoid there are better companies out there for sure

They try to avoid giving refunds for bad products

I ordered a metal photo keyring and a single set of regular prints. I forgot to use the discount code at checkout so I paid more than I should, but that's on me. Although, why they don't automatically apply discounts on eligible items at checkout like most other retailers I do not know. The quality of the metal photo keyring was terrible, it looked like photos do when they've got damp and stuck to something or like in those old plastic photo albums, it had patches all over it. I was embarrassed to give it as a gift so I contact Snapfish and clearly asked for a refund. They asked for photos of the item which is fair enough, which I sent. They then told (not asked) me that they would give me product credits so I could buy something else 'free of cost'. Well, it's not free of cost if I've already given you the money, is it? I said that wasn't acceptable and eventually they agreed to give me a refund. Very poor approach to an unhappy customer. Clearly the agents are taught to avoid giving a refund as much as they can. How many people would be fobbed off into accepting credits instead of a proper refund for goods of unacceptable quality? I also realised after I placed the order that I had paid £12 in shipping because the items were not being sent together - so I had to pay shipping twice, once on each item in the order. Pretty poor system. I used to use Snapfish a lot but definitely gone down hill. Won't be using them again ever.

When I started my order it said they…

When I started my order it said they would be shipped that same week.
When I placed the order I got an email saying they would not be in for two weeks after the original date they were supposed to be delivered, two weeks too late for what I needed the photos for. They ended up coming four days early, however still way too late.
The photos were very blurry and I was highly disappointed.
Since the photos were going to be late I decided to go ahead and have them printed at Rite Aid, these came out so much better.

Do not fulfil orders within their advertised timescales. Avoid

Ordered on 27th August after checking their website to establish turn around time as the prints were required for a funeral ceremony. Order confirmation said prints would arrive between 30th August and 1st September which was within the time required. Received an email on 2nd Sept saying my order should arrive between 5th and 7th September. Too late for the funeral ceremony.Customer service was no help what so ever and could not tell me why the order was not fulfilled within the advertised timescale. Will never use this company again.

Shocked and disappointed

I had a series of professionally taken photographs that I wanted to be sized down to fit into special frames. I sent the images directly from the photographers to Snapfish to print. I received the prints today, and I have to say, I am shocked and disappointed at the quality of the prints. The papers are bent, the images are blurry, and the colours are garish! I was able to print some of the photos using my at-home printer, which came out well, so not all is lost. But I won't use Snapfish again. Photo printing just doesn't appear to be their forte.

Very long shipping

They said that I'll get my photos by august 19 if I pay 5 dollars extra for shipping, however it is August 20 and it is still processing not even ship yet. Not only that their discount codes are scams. I put a 55% off code and my final price was 18 dollars, then I replaced that discount code with the 70% off code and my final was still 18 dollars. So don't get fooled by all the sales and offers. They are all lies. When I put a discount code the price will still the same no matter what. You get a hundred free prints that should take of 9 dollar of your order but when you add an additional discount code all of a sudden the one hundred free prints only take off 5 dollars if ur order. They try to trick you with all the sales. They're all fake.
